(MHADA Lottery) The MHADA Konkan Housing and Area Development Board (MHADA) has announced the revised schedule for the Housing Lottery 2025. Under this, 5,354 houses from various housing projects in Thane and Palghar districts and 77 plots in Oros, Sindhudurg, and Kulgaon-Badlapur will be available through the lottery. The computerized draw will take place on October 11, 2025, at Dr. Kashinath Ghanekar Auditorium in Thane.

The preliminary list of accepted applications for this draw will be published on MHADA's official website at 6 PM on October 1. Applicants can submit online claims and objections until October 3. The final list of eligible applicants will be announced on October 9. The names of successful candidates and the waiting list will be available on the website after October 11.

In the lottery, 20% of the comprehensive scheme includes 565 houses, 15% in the integrated city housing scheme includes 3,002 houses, 1,746 houses under other Konkan housing schemes, and 50% under the affordable scheme includes 41 houses. Additionally, 77 plots are kept for sale.

A total of 1,84,994 applications have been submitted for this year's lottery, out of which 1,58,424 applications have been deemed valid with the deposit amount. Due to the large number of applications, the competition will be intense, providing many families with the opportunity for affordable housing.
