(Pune Accident) A serious incident occurred where MLA Dnyaneshwar Katke of the Nationalist Congress Party from Shirur Haveli hit a four-year-old girl with his speeding car. This incident took place in the Borhademala area of Shirur on the Pune–Ahilyanagar highway.

In this accident, the little girl was reported to be seriously injured and her condition is critical. As soon as information about the incident was received, local citizens rushed to the spot and admitted the girl to the hospital. Later, the girl was admitted to a hospital in Pune. CCTV footage of the incident has also emerged.
