MNS: MNS leader to meet state election commission officials

(MNS) All parties are preparing for the municipal elections. Voting for the municipal elections will take place on January 15, 2026, and the counting will be on January 16, 2026, with elections being held for 2869 seats.

Even before the elections, a total of 67 candidates have been elected unopposed to the position of corporator across the state. In this context, there are many reactions coming from political circles. Against this backdrop, MNS leaders are now going to meet the state election commission officials and will meet State Election Commissioner Dinesh Waghmare to submit a letter of protest.

Avinash Jadhav and Sandeep Deshpande will meet at 12:30 PM, and they have alleged that the ruling party misused money to get candidates elected unopposed.
