Mumbai Metro 3 Receives Overwhelming Response; 1.5 Lakh passengers Travel on First Day

(Mumbai Metro 3) The underground metro of Mumbai was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Aqua Line service from Aarey JVLR to Cuff Parade started on Thursday. Metro 3, which started at 5:55 AM, will continue until 10:30 PM.

Mumbai Metro 3 is receiving a great response from Mumbaikars. It is reported that on the first day of the complete underground Metro 3 route, one and a half lakh passengers traveled.

Between Aarey JVLR and Cuff Parade, 156,456 passengers traveled throughout the day, and as Metro 3 reduced the travel time from 2.30 hours to 1 hour, many passengers have started using the metro.

There was a long queue for tickets. Many gathered at various stations, including Cuff Parade, to catch the train. There was great enthusiasm among passengers as the 'Metro 3' line was set to run at full capacity.
