Elections: Municipal election likely to be held in the third week of December

(Elections) All political parties are gearing up for the municipal elections. It is now being speculated that the municipal election may be announced in the third week of December.

State Election Commissioner Dinesh Waghmare and Secretary Suresh Kakani asked the commissioners about the final publication of the voter lists in this meeting. The commission has ordered these lists to be published on December 10.

The State Election Commission held an online meeting with all municipal commissioners in the state on Thursday. It is reported that everyone stated they are prepared for the election.
