This golden opportunity is available for those dreaming of their own home. Although buying a house has become difficult for many due to rising house prices and inflation, this lottery will pave the way to acquiring a dream home.

In this draw, houses have been made available through various schemes. Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, 219 houses, 1,683 houses in the MHADA Housing Scheme, 864 houses under the 15% Social Housing Scheme, and 3,322 houses in the 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme will be provided. This will give everyone, from the general public to middle-class families, the opportunity to buy a house according to their budget.

The application process will be completely online. Applications and deposit payments started on September 11, 2025, at 12:30 PM, and the last date for submitting applications is October 31, 2025. The last opportunity to make payments via bank RTGS/NEFT is until November 1. After that, the preliminary list will be announced on November 11, claims and objections can be filed until November 13, and the final list will be published on November 17. The final draw will take place on November 21 at 12 PM, and the results will be announced on the website the same evening.

It has been urged that applicants complete all stages, from registration to payment and checking results, only through the official website.
