(Shahajibapu Patil) The flying squad conducted a search at the office of former MLA Shahaji Bapu Patil of Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde's Shiv Sena. As soon as Shahajibapu Patil's concluding meeting in Sangola ended, the police squad arrived at the office.

A large gathering of the Shinde faction was held in Sangola. After this meeting, a flying squad raided Shahajibapu's office and conducted a thorough search of the entire office. Due to this action, local workers of the Shinde faction have become quite upset.

During the search, everyone in the office was made to stop. This has now raised the possibility that the Shiv Sena-BJP dispute will escalate further. What was found in the raid, whether anything was seized, has not been disclosed.
