Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Cultural Affairs Minister Adv. Ashish Shelar will present the Maharashtra Bhushan Award to senior sculptor Ram Sutar on November 14. The award ceremony will take place at his residence in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
