(Pune Sarasbagh Padwa Pahat) Diwali has begun and today is Diwali Padwa. Against this backdrop, a Diwali Dawn Padwa event has been organized in Pune's Sarasbagh.

The Padwa Pahat program to be held in this Sarasbaug faced opposition from some Hindutva organizations. Subsequently, the organizers decided to cancel the event. However, now with police permission, the Diwali Pahat program is taking place in Sarasbaug.

Against this backdrop, a large police presence has been deployed outside Sarasbaug.
