Recently, Nitin Sonawale, who filed a nomination from Shiv Sena for the Bhor municipal presidency, suddenly joined the Nationalist Congress Party. This has accelerated many discussions in political circles. This entry took place in the presence of NCP MLA Shankar Mandekar.

Sonawale will now withdraw the nomination filed from Shiv Sena and will play an active role for the NCP in the upcoming elections. As a result, with the main candidate slipping from Shiv Sena's hands, the party's equations in Bhor seem to have been completely disrupted.
