(VIDEO) A shocking incident has come to light from Hinjewadi. It has emerged that twenty small children were locked inside an Anganwadi.

This shocking incident occurred yesterday between 11 am and 12 noon, and it has been reported that Savita Shinde, a worker at Anganwadi number three in Hinjewadi, and helper Shilpa Sakhare were involved in this act. Following the incident, outrage is now being expressed. The video shows children crying as they were locked inside.

Since a former village head had called a meeting at the Gram Panchayat, we kept the children inside and locked the Anganwadi. This is the explanation given by the two women. Witnessing the entire incident, the parents expressed strong anger.
