A shocking incident occurred on an ST bus on the Mangalwedha route in Solapur district. It is alleged that a seventh-grade student was directly dropped off on the highway because his school pass was left at home. The boy repeatedly requested, “Call my father, he will pay,” but it is said that the conductor did not listen.

This incident happened to Prathamesh Patil from Brahmapuri while he was returning home by bus as usual. In the evening, he was left on the road among speeding vehicles, which frightened him. Finally, with the help of a motorcyclist, he reached home.

The family and villagers are angry after hearing about the incident. “A mistake might have been made, but how can the punishment be so inhumane?” This question is being raised. The parents have demanded strict action against the concerned conductor from the senior officials. This incident, which endangered a child's life for a pass, has raised questions about the humanity in the ST system.
