(ST Corporation) It is reported that the ST Corporation will soon set up petrol pumps and charging stations along with passenger transport. This decision was announced by Transport Minister Pratap Sarnayak at a meeting held at the corporation's headquarters.

Currently, there are pumps on ST's own premises at 251 locations. Against this backdrop, the ST Corporation will soon start retail outlets on a commercial basis with petrol, diesel, CNG, and electric charging points at more than 250 locations. The tender process has started and is expected to be completed within two months.

It is not possible to rely solely on passenger ticket revenue. Therefore, it is said that it is necessary to create new sources of income. This decision will provide financial strength to the ST Corporation. The ST Corporation is now seen taking new steps to become financially capable.
