Against this backdrop, Congress leader Nana Patole has written a letter to the Election Commission and the Chief Minister. Nana Patole also said, 'In many states, voting is conducted on ballots during the District Council and Panchayat Committee elections. Maharashtra is a progressive state. It is a state of Shahu, Phule, and Ambedkar's thoughts.'
