Bandra : College Student Molested in Rickshaw, Police Investigate

A shocking incident has occurred in Bandra, Mumbai. A young woman was molested in a rickshaw stopped at a signal. The rickshaw was stopped at the signal when the accused entered the rickshaw and threatened the driver with a weapon, molesting the young woman. The young woman goes to college by rickshaw every day at 12 noon.

On Monday, she caught a rickshaw as usual, and while the rickshaw was stopped at the signal, a young man got into the rickshaw. The rickshaw driver and the young woman asked him to get out of the rickshaw, but the young man threatened the rickshaw driver with a knife and told him to keep driving. Then, until the next signal, he looked at the young woman and made obscene remarks, molesting her.

As soon as the rickshaw stopped at the next signal, the young man got out of the rickshaw and fled. The young woman told her family about the entire incident and rushed to the police station. Currently, it is reported that the police have deployed teams to investigate the incident, and CCTV cameras in the area are also being checked. It is reported that the Bandra police have detained a suspect.
