Nanded Heavy Rainfall: Villagers Outraged as MLA Visits Mukhed After 24 Hours

The cloudburst-like rain that started in Nanded district has caused chaos throughout the district. As the torrential rain intensified, villages like Ravanagaon, Hasanala, Bhaswadi, Vadgaon, and Bhendegaon in Mukhed taluka were surrounded by water.

As the villagers' cries continued after their lives were destroyed overnight, local MLA Tushar Rathod arrived at the scene 24 hours later. The villagers expressed anger over this delayed inspection and surrounded the MLA, questioning him. Many houses, shops, farms, and crops have suffered extensive damage.

In Nanded, 9 people have died due to the rain so far, and the administration has successfully relocated more than 300 citizens to safer places. As the flood situation worsened, more than 100 citizens were rescued with the help of boats. The army was also called in.
