T20 World Cup 2026 : India-Pakistan to Clash in T20 World Cup; Match Scheduled on 'This' Day

The ICC has started vigorous preparations for the ICC T20 World Cup to be held in February 2026. This tournament will take place from February 7 to March 8 in India and Sri Lanka. Now, a major update has emerged. The first match of this tournament will be between India and the USA at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

On the other hand, there is a possibility that India and Pakistan will face each other once again in the group stage of this tournament (India vs Pakistan). According to media reports, the 20 teams participating in this tournament will be divided into four groups. Each group will have five teams, with India and Pakistan in the same group. The USA, Namibia, and the Netherlands will be the other three teams in this group.

There is a possibility that India and Pakistan will play a match in Colombo on February 15. In this tournament, India's first match will be against the USA on February 8 in Ahmedabad, and on February 12, they will face Namibia in Delhi. There is a possibility of a match against Pakistan in Colombo on February 15 and against the Netherlands in Mumbai on February 18.
