Gondia: As many as 11 Naxalites surrender in Gondia; All had a reward of 8.9 million rupees

(Gondia) Reports indicate that as many as 11 Naxalites have surrendered in Gondia. They surrendered at Darekasa in Salekasa taluka of Gondia district.

Along with Anant, the spokesperson of the Maoists' MMC Special Sonal Committee, 11 people have surrendered, and Anant, the spokesperson of the Special Zonal Committee, had earlier requested the chief ministers of the three states to give time until January 1 for surrender. However, the surrender took place before that.

It is reported that all those who surrendered are Naxalites from the MMC zone. There was a reward of 8.9 million rupees on all the Naxalites.
