(Ayodhya Ram Mandir Dhwajarohan) The flag hoisting ceremony will take place at Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya today. Prime Minister Modi and RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat will establish the religious flag during the auspicious time from 11:55 AM to 12:10 PM. A 42-foot pillar has been installed on the 161-foot high spire of the Shri Ram Temple.
This flag, which is 22 feet long and 11 feet wide, will be hoisted on this pillar. It is informed that the ceremony can be watched live from home through television. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat will be present as chief guests at this ceremony.
Renowned dignitaries from across the country and abroad have been invited to this ceremony. Extensive preparations have been made for this event, with floral rangolis created in the temple premises and floral decorations being done throughout the city. Devotees from across the country and abroad will come for this flag hoisting ceremony.
Against this backdrop, a large police presence has been deployed in Ayodhya. A 'remote control' will be used to hoist the flag, and an 'automatic flag hosting system' has been installed.
