CBI has taken major action. In this operation, CBI found a large amount of cash from the house of a DIG of Punjab Police. This DIG is accused of demanding a bribe of 8 lakh rupees from a scrap dealer and a monthly service fee.

The CBI has arrested DIG Harcharan Singh Bhullar of the Ropar Range of the Punjab Police in this bribery case, and the CBI laid a trap and caught the mediator Krishnu red-handed while taking a bribe of 8 lakh rupees at Sector 21 Chandigarh. After that, the CBI also made Krishnu call the DIG. The DIG called both of them to the office.

After that, the CBI team arrested DIG Harcharan Bhullar from his own office. A large amount of cash was found at the DIG's house, and it is reported that a machine had to be called to count these notes.
