Fatal Accident in Dausa, Rajasthan; 11 Killed

A severe road accident that occurred on Wednesday morning in Dausa district, Rajasthan, has shaken the entire area. A pickup van carrying devotees returning from Khatu Shyam temple darshan collided forcefully with a truck coming from the opposite direction on the Manoharpur–Dausa highway.

In this accident, 7 children and 4 women died on the spot, and at least nine people were seriously injured. According to the information received, the front part of the pickup was completely crushed after the collision, and many passengers were trapped inside. Local citizens immediately informed the police and ambulances.

The police arrived at the scene and started rescue operations, moving the injured to a nearby hospital. Some in critical condition have been admitted to SMS Hospital in Jaipur. This unfortunate incident has spread mourning in the villages of the deceased and the Dausa area. An investigation is underway to find the exact cause of the accident.
