Air India Plane Crash: "The Government Only Gave Promises..." Grief Expressed by Maithili's Mother in the Plane Crash

After the unfortunate death of Panvel's Maithili Patil in the Ahmedabad plane crash, a mountain of grief has fallen on her family. Despite being in extremely difficult circumstances, their only hope was for their daughter to achieve something great. However, the sudden accident took everything away from them.

While communicating with Lokshahi Marathi, Maithili's mother expressed her grief in heart-wrenching words. She said, “Maithili was everything to us. We depended on her. Her father is a laborer. We hoped that once she completed her education, our situation would improve. But her body came back and everything ended...”

Although promises of assistance were given by government agencies after the accident, no concrete help has been received, she expressed regret. She further said, “We tried telling big leaders, but no one came to help. Even the sarpanch of our village did not come to us.”

“If the government had truly understood our sorrow, someone would have stood by us today,” Maithili's mother's tears became uncontrollable as she said this.
