Saiyara breaks records of major films
In 2025, Saiyara surpassed the opening collections of many major films. Compared to films like Housefull 5, Red 2, Sikandar, and Sitare Zameen Par, Saiyara's first-day performance proved to be better.
On the online ticket booking platform Book My Show, a total of 4,19,000 tickets were sold for Saiyara on the first day. In 2025, only Vicky Kaushal's Chhava was ahead, having sold 6,69,000 tickets.
In this film based on a love story, Ahan Pandey plays the role of Krish Kapoor, a budding musician who rises to success due to his art. He meets Vani (Anita Padda), an emotional lyricist. Their friendship blossoms into a relationship, but later, for some reason, Vani asks him to leave the event by showing him a knife.
Wounded in love, Krish becomes distressed. He is advised, "Do not harm yourself for your love." Later, Krish gains popularity and success through his music performances and becomes a big star.
'Saiyara', despite being a film with new artists, has won the hearts of the audience, and it is expected that the film will reach record numbers in the coming days. Along with the love story, the songs in the film are also winning the hearts of the audience. Saiyara, which became hugely popular in its first weekend, will undoubtedly continue to draw crowds to the theaters for several more weeks.
