Nagpur to Host India's Largest Theater as Announced at 'Waves 2025' Conference
A historic announcement was made on Saturday at the special conference 'Waves 2025'. The world's largest screen cinema will be built in Nagpur. This project will be implemented under the initiative of renowned producers Abhishek Agarwal and Vikram Reddy, and the aim behind this project is to make India a global entertainment hub.
The project leaders have expressed confidence that this state-of-the-art cinema hall will provide an unforgettable and grand experience to the audience. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis welcomed the initiative. At the time, the Chief Minister said, "This will be a historic moment for the Indian cinema industry and this project will revitalize the film industry across the country."
Abhishek Agarwal, producer of the film 'The Kashmir Files', thanked Chief Minister Fadnavis and said, "I am proud to be a part of the creation of the world's largest cinema hall through this project. This is an important milestone linked to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Make in India' initiative, and our aim is to represent the Indian arts and entertainment sector on the global stage."
Vikram Reddy, while giving information about the project, said, "Andhra Pradesh currently has the largest screen in India. Now our goal is to build a world-class cinema hall with an even bigger screen in Nagpur." This project will not only benefit film screenings, but will also make Nagpur a 'film destination' internationally, Reddy added.
