Against the backdrop of the month of Shravan, special bus services have been planned by the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) Pune division for the convenience of devotees traveling to Bhimashankar. This year, a total of 80 MSRTC buses will run on the Bhimashankar route.

For the convenience of devotees between Bhimashankar and the parking area, 50 special buses have been made available. Additionally, 30 buses will run in the regular daily schedules from Shivajinagar, Khed, and Manchar depots.

Every year, a large number of devotees come to Bhimashankar for darshan during Shravan. Therefore, to prevent inconvenience to devotees, additional bus services are provided by MSRTC. This policy has been maintained this year as well.

Special services for Ganeshotsav in Konkan

The number of citizens traveling to Konkan for the Gauri-Ganpati festival is large. Last year, 80 group bookings and 146 reserved bus services were provided. This year, similar planning has been done, and additional buses will be released as needed, according to the ST administration.

Division Controller Arun Siya said, "50 special buses have been released for Bhimashankar on the occasion of the Shravan month. Regular services are running from Shivajinagar, Khed, and Manchar. If the number of devotees increases, more buses will be arranged immediately."

Due to this planning by ST, devotees going to Bhimashankar during the Shravan month will get great relief. The administration is ready to provide timely and safe service even during crowded times, and devotees are also requested to cooperate.
