Mumbai: Increase in the number of house buyers in Mumbai; 52 thousand houses sold in the last four months

The dream of 52,896 such people to own a house in Mumbai has been fulfilled in the last four months.

This year, 52,896 houses were sold in Mumbai between January and April, an increase of 8 percent compared to last year. Last year, the figure was 48,819. Real estate consultant Anarock has recently released a report on house sales in Mumbai.

From January to April, 52,896 houses were sold, of which the highest number, 15,501 houses, were sold in March. While 13,080 houses were sold in April, the state government's Registration and Stamps Department has earned a revenue of Rs 4,633 crore in four months from the registration of houses. This too has increased by 21 percent.
