The heat of the summer has increased. Citizens are very worried about the heat and water supply is being cut in many places. The temperature in Mumbai is increasing day by day. Currently, 27 percent of the water is left in 7 lakes of Mumbai.
Mumbai is facing a water shortage crisis and there are reports that there has been a 15 percent reduction in water in the dams that supply water to Mumbai. Mumbai receives 3,950 million liters of water daily from seven dams - Modak Sagar, Madhya Vaitarna, Upper Vaitarna, Bhatsa, Tansa, Vihar and Tulsi.
Currently, there is a total of 3 lakh 88 thousand 971 million liters of water storage in seven dams, and Mumbaikars are facing a water shortage crisis again. Therefore, citizens are being appealed to use water wisely.
