The 'Pune Samvad 2025' program organized by the Marathi news channel 'Lokshahi Marathi' has been organized. In the 'Pune Samvad 2025' program, Maharashtra's politics, governance, social work, tourism, health, etc., as well as the cultural sector were discussed. In this program, a dialogue was held with Neelam Gorhe. On this occasion, Neelam Gorhe said, "I have seen many ups and downs in politics. This society should get rid of casteism and gender inequality. According to the Constitution of India, everyone gets an opportunity in democracy. I am firm on this issue that no one should snatch that opportunity after getting it."

"After 1998, when I started working in the Shiv Sena, the Hindu heart king Balasaheb Thackeray gave me the responsibility of being an MLA of the Legislative Council in 2002. At that time, I never even dreamed that I would become the Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Council. Then the party gave me an opportunity in 2008, and in 2014. No party gives such an opportunity to any person in the party unless they are doing something unique, something different."

"The first deputy leader in the party was made by Honorable Balasaheb Thackeray in 2005, of course, at that time Uddhavji Thackeray was in charge. In the following period, a lot of water flowed under the bridge. Later, Fadnavis Saheb and Shinde Saheb told me, Neelamtai, you can be sure that there will be no interference in your time. You can do whatever you think is right independently. Also, one or two plot mafias had to go to jail because of me. Because of that, the party felt that they would not succumb to any pressure. Against this backdrop of the trust they showed in me, I became the first woman deputy speaker," said Neelam Gorhe.
