Operation Sindoor : Adv. Ujjwal Nikam Reacts to India’s Air Strike
“This Is Not Revenge, But a Strong Message” – Ujjwal Nikam
Speaking to the media, Ujjwal Nikam clarified that India’s action should not be viewed as revenge for the recent Pahalgam terror attack that claimed 26 lives, but rather as a calculated and fitting response to terrorism.
“I will not say that India took revenge for the Pahalgam attack — we gave an appropriate reply,” Nikam said. “I had handled the prosecution in the 1993 blasts and 26/11 cases, where terrorists had clearly confessed that they were trained in two places — Muridke and Muzaffarabad — linked to Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed.”
Precision Air Strikes on Terror Training Camps
Nikam emphasized the strategic significance of India’s actions. “Out of the nine sites targeted in the air strikes, Muridke and Muzaffarabad were among them — which highlights the focused and intelligence-driven nature of the operation,” he noted.
Lauding the Indian leadership, Nikam added, “I wholeheartedly congratulate Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Indian Army, and the Indian Air Force. India has sent a clear and powerful message to the world — that terrorism on our soil will never be tolerated. We have demonstrated our resolve.”
Nationwide Support for Operation Sindoor
The strikes have received overwhelming support from across the country, including political leaders, veterans, and security experts. Operation Sindoor was launched in response to the April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir, which led to national outrage and calls for swift action.
With this bold response, India has once again reaffirmed its commitment to national security and the global fight against terrorism.
