Pakistan Encourage Terrorism Says MP Shrikant Shinde
Following the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam, the Indian government launched Operation Sindoor, a mission aimed at dismantling terrorist camps in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK). In response, Pakistan initiated an attack on India, to which the Indian Army delivered a strong and fitting retaliation.
Amidst these developments, the central government has dispatched Members of Parliament to various countries to brief the international community about India's stance and the objectives of Operation Sindoor. During this diplomatic outreach, Kalyan-Dombivli MP Dr. Shrikant Shinde issued a strong statement condemning Pakistan's actions.
"India and Pakistan gained independence at the same time," Shinde said. "But today, while India is reaching new heights, Pakistan continues to fall behind. India has emerged as the world’s fourth-largest economy and is steadily moving towards becoming the third-largest. With a $4.2 trillion economy, India is showcasing its technological talent and innovation to the world."
"In contrast," he added, "Pakistan has barely managed to cross the $400 billion mark and continues to foster terrorism instead of development. While India is striving to bring peace and progress to its people and to the world, Pakistan remains stuck in supporting violence."
Shinde's remarks come at a critical moment in India's counter-terrorism efforts and highlight the country's broader diplomatic strategy to garner global support and recognition for its security measures in the region.
