On the occasion of Shiv Sena Balasaheb Thackeray party chief Uddhav Thackeray's 65th birthday, MNS president and his cousin Raj Thackeray arrived at Matoshree today to extend his wishes. Since morning, there was a crowd of workers at Matoshree residence in Bandra for Uddhav Thackeray's birthday, and Raj Thackeray also suddenly came to Matoshree and gave Uddhav Thackeray a pleasant surprise. As Raj Thackeray arrived at Matoshree, MP Sanjay Raut welcomed him. Bala Nandgaonkar and Nitin Sardesai were also present with Raj Thackeray. Raj Thackeray presented a bouquet to Uddhav Thackeray and extended birthday wishes. After that, the two conversed for 20 to 25 minutes. After a brief meeting, Raj Thackeray departed from Matoshree. It was seen that Uddhav Thackeray himself came out to see him off. Meanwhile, when asked about the meeting, Uddhav Thackeray expressed his happiness in front of the media.

Earlier this month, on the 5th, both Thackeray brothers were seen together on the same platform on the issue of the Marathi language. For the first time, Raj and Uddhav Thackeray held a joint rally against the imposition of the Hindi language. Shiv Sainiks and MNS workers expressed happiness over their coming together. There was hope expressed that the two brothers would come together on a political level in the future as well. Subsequently, today, with Raj Thackeray arriving at Matoshree, there is a surge in discussions about whether these two will unite in politics as well.
