Beed Crime: The youngest son himself committed the murder of his mother

A shocking incident has once again taken place in Beed district. The entire area has been shaken after the brutal murder of his biological mother by his own son in Yelda village of Ambajogai taluka.

The incident took place around 1:30 to 2 am today. Amrit Bhanudas Sonnar (age 42) murdered his mother Chotrabai Bhanudas Sonnar (age 70) by stoning her with a stone inside their house. After the murder, he threw her body out of the house onto the road at around 4 am.

After the incident, some villagers, suspicious, caught Amrut red-handed and immediately informed the Ambajogai Rural Police Station. The police rushed to the spot and took the body into custody and it has been shifted to the hospital for autopsy. Why exactly did Amrut murder her own mother? The reason behind this is still unclear. A thorough investigation is underway by the police and the truth is likely to come out soon. The incident has sparked a wave of anger in the entire Beed district including Ambajogai taluka.
