Sunil Tatkare Affirms Mahayuti Alliance for Local Elections
While facing the upcoming local self-government elections, we will be contesting together with the constituent parties of the grand alliance, as clarified by NCP State President MP Sunil Tatkare. He also urged the workers to make sincere efforts to strengthen the party at the local level.
On Saturday (19th), a 'Determination of a New Era' worker dialogue meeting was organized at Akshada Mangal Office in Parbhani. In this, Tatkare directly interacted with the present office bearers and workers. On this occasion, many dignitaries including Women's Front State President Rupali Chakankar, MLA Dhananjay Munde, MLA Vikram Kale, MLA Rajesh Vitekar, City President Pratap Deshmukh were present.
Tatkare said, “Due to the hard work of the workers, good success was achieved in the last Lok Sabha and Assembly elections. Now the time for local self-government elections is near. Against this backdrop, worker dialogue has been organized for member registration, organizational expansion, and preparation.”
Responding to the criticism from the opposition regarding EVMs, he said, “Blaming EVMs for defeat is merely an emotional issue and lacks substance.”
Responding to those spreading misinformation about the 'Ladki Bahin' scheme in the state, Tatkare said, “This scheme will continue, and efforts will be made to provide more honorarium to beneficiaries if necessary.”
He advised the workers to establish more intensive contact with various sections of society, especially to take initiative in providing opportunities to youth and women in politics. “Local leadership should focus on strengthening the party by giving proper positions to sincere workers, only then will the stronghold of the Nationalist Congress Party be established in the district,” he expressed confidence.
