Senator Lindsey Graham of America has warned that President Donald Trump will impose heavy taxes on countries importing oil from Russia, specifically naming India, China, and Brazil. Graham made this statement during a recent interview on Fox News.

"Trump is going to impose taxes on people buying Russian oil, China, India, and Brazil," Graham said. He argued that these three countries account for about 80% of Russia's crude oil exports, which helps fund the war in Ukraine.

He said that to stop financial aid to Russian President Vladimir Putin, Trump plans to impose a 100% tax on oil-related imports from those countries. "President Trump is going to impose a 100% tax on all those countries, punishing them for helping Putin," he further stated.

Addressing Putin directly, Graham said, "You have played President Trump at your own risk. You have made a big mistake and your economy will continue to crumble. We are providing weapons to Ukraine, so Ukraine will have weapons to fight Putin."

He stated that Putin is trying to recreate the former Soviet Union by invading countries that do not belong to him. "Putin wants to take countries that are not his. In the mid-90s, Ukraine gave up 1700 nuclear weapons and was promised that Russia would respect their sovereignty. Putin broke that promise," Graham said.

Graham compared Trump's leadership style to that of a top player. "Donald Trump is the Scottie Scheffler of American politics and foreign diplomacy, and he is going to attack you," he said.

He said that this fee would be a direct warning to other nations. "I will tell China, India, and Brazil: If you continue to buy cheap Russian oil to keep this war going, we will blow everything up and destroy your economy, because what you are doing is blood money."

"You are buying cheap Russian oil at the expense of the world, and President Trump is tired of this game," Graham said. He further stated that Putin can face sanctions and show disrespect towards Russian soldiers, but other countries dependent on trade with America will have to pay the price.

"China, India, and Brazil will have to choose between the American economy or helping Putin. I think they will come to choose the American economy," he said.
