Eknath Shinde: Reconsider CIDCO housing prices; Deputy CM Eknath Shinde's orders in meeting

After BJP MLA Vikrant Patil protested yesterday regarding the increased prices of CIDCO houses, a meeting was held today. In this meeting, CIDCO officials were criticized. Vikrant Patil has reacted to the decision regarding the prices of CIDCO houses.

CIDCO houses built for the poor are meant for the poor to live in Navi Mumbai. The prices there should be affordable, but CIDCO has increased those prices. As a result, meetings on this topic have been postponed five times so far. Today, this meeting took place. In it, we showed all the mistakes of CIDCO officials and explained how they have made errors in pricing these houses.

Therefore, the Deputy Chief Minister understood everything and realized many issues about how CIDCO has made mistakes, and expressed dissatisfaction on this matter. Consequently, he has instructed to reconsider the prices of CIDCO houses and then come to him with the revised prices.
