A shocking incident of the unfortunate death of an eight-year-old boy from Nalasopara has come to light. This little boy named Mehraj Sheikh lived with his parents in the Karari Bagh building in the Takipada area of Nalasopara West. On December 3, after returning from school, he went out to play but did not return home on time. To find him, the family and local people searched everywhere. On December 4, Mehraj's parents filed a complaint at the Nalasopara police station about his disappearance. Subsequently, the police registered a case of kidnapping and started investigating suspicious matters.

However, on Monday morning, residents of the building in Karari Bagh complained of a foul smell coming from the water tank of the building. In response, the fire brigade and police rushed to the scene. Upon inspection of the tank, Mehran's decomposed body was found. It is known that this water tank was open.
