Russian President Vladimir Putin is on a two-day visit to India. He arrived in India last night. Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself was at the airport to welcome Putin. A special welcome was arranged for Putin.

Special arrangements have been made for Putin's visit to India. Every small detail has been taken care of. Not only Putin, but seven ministers from Russia are also on a visit to India. At night, Narendra Modi and Putin had dinner together. Some issues were discussed between the two. Some important agreements are going to be made between India and Russia. The whole world is watching this visit of Putin. America is putting great pressure on India not to buy crude oil from Russia. Meanwhile, Putin has directly arrived on a visit to India.

This will be Putin's first visit to India after the Ukraine war. Putin is visiting India after four years, at a time when the long-standing relations between India and the United States are at a bad turn. 70% of exports from India to the United States have stopped. After the tariffs imposed by the United States, Indian goods cannot reach the American market. Putin had previously visited India in 2021.

Prime Minister Modi and Putin met in Moscow in 2024. Russian President Vladimir Putin's last visit to India was on December 6, 2021. As soon as Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived at the airport, Narendra Modi welcomed him with a big gift. Narendra Modi gave Putin a Bhagavad Gita written in Russian as a gift. Putin also gladly accepted Modi's gift.

As soon as Putin, dressed in a black suit and boots, stepped out of the plane, Prime Minister Narendra Modi surprised him with a big surprise. Prime Minister Modi broke protocol to welcome him at the airport. Upon seeing Narendra Modi, a smile appeared on Putin's face. Not only that, but as soon as they arrived at the airport, both happily embraced each other. Just a few days ago, Putin and Narendra Modi had met in China. They had also traveled in the same car.
